Returns and exchanges

Thank you for shopping at Jandi Gardiazabal! All our purchases have a maximum of 30 days for refunds and/or exchanges. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, it will not be possible to make exchanges or refunds of any kind.

If you need to make exchanges or refunds or have any questions about the process, please write to


  1. No refunds on workshop purchases.
  2. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted after the scheduled date of the workshop. It is the responsibility of the participants to attend the date they signed up for the workshops.
  3. If due to any contingency beyond Jandi Gardiazabal's control a workshop must be rescheduled, participants may request a rescheduling or refund.


Once a pattern has been purchased, no refunds or pattern changes will be made.

Kits and Physical Products

  1. Products must be in their original, unused packaging in order to be exchanged or returned. It is very important that their labels and boxes are not damaged.
  2. All returns and exchanges will be authorized once our Quality Control has corroborated the above mentioned conditions.
  3. Returns and exchanges can only be made with the order number.
  4. The process of receiving and approving an exchange and/or return can take up to 10 business days from the time we receive your product.

After receiving your product in our warehouse:

  1. If you want an exchange: After we receive your product and it is approved by Quality Control, we will send you a digital gift card for the value of the returned items so you can make a new purchase with whatever you want from the store. This code has no expiration date and does not include the cost of shipping.
  2. If you want your money back: After we receive your product, we will contact you to request your payment details for the refund, below we explain the terms of each one. It is important to consider that we will not be able to refund the shipping cost, this only applies to those purchases that are cancelled before delivery.

Refund terms according to your payment method:

If you paid by credit card, it may take up to 16 business days. This period is relative and depends on the billing dates you have agreed with your bank. On the other hand, if you paid by debit card, the refund can take up to 10 business days. Check this table for more information:

Legal Guarantee:

If the product you bought fails, you are entitled to the legal guarantee. This means that you have 3 months to ask for an exchange of the product, free repair or money back. You must present your receipt or proof of purchase and the original packaging.
