For virtual products (patterns and online classes) we ship worldwide.

For physical products (kits and accessories) we ship to all Chile through Alasxpress. The shipping method and tracking code will be sent to your email once your purchase is dispatched from our distribution center.

We will not be able to ship to other countries all those products that have the warning "Dispatch only in Chile". If you want to quote the shipping of any of these products to your country, please write us to


Delivery times depend on each product and the date is considered from the confirmation of payment.

When in an order there are products with different dispatch times, the longest dispatch time will be taken as delivery time limit.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 21:00 hours, these can be delivered to third parties (family or janitors). We recommend that you let us know that you will receive an order in your name.

It is the customer's responsibility to send a valid address to ensure receipt of the order at the delivery time.

For virtual products, it is the customer's responsibility to send a valid email address in order to receive patterns or online workshop information.

Delays caused by: customer's absence at the time of delivery, incorrect registration information, customer's refusal to accept shipment and change of address, are not the responsibility of Jandi Gardiazabal. Any of these cases are the responsibility of the customer, who will have to pay again to coordinate the reshipment.
