Yes, we ship to all of Chile! We currently work with Alas Express
Do you ship abroad?
At the moment, only our virtual products (patterns and online classes) are shipped outside of Chile. If you have any special request please write us at firstname.lastname@example.org
I need a product before the delivery time, what do I do?
After your purchase, please send us an email to email@example.com and we will do our best to help you with your request.
I want to make a gift
If you want to make a gift, we recommend you to buy one of our gift cards so that people can choose the patterns, classes or products they want. At the moment we do not have gift wrapping paper to send with the products.

We only ask that you enter the information necessary for the payment and shipping of your purchase. We do NOT store your credit card or bank account information.

What payment methods do you accept?
Debit and credit cards through Mercado Pago and Paypal.
How can I track my orders?
Once your purchase has been approved you will receive an email to see the status of your order and track the shipment.
What happens if I don't receive the pattern I bought?
Once you purchase a pattern you can download it immediately from the website or in the email you will receive automatically. For Paypal purchases, this may take a few minutes.

What if I have questions on the patterns or kit instructions?
We'll be happy to help you! If you have doubts or there is something you don't understand please write us at email@example.com we will answer you as soon as possible so you can continue knitting and your knitting project will be as you expected.
The delivery time for my order has passed and it still hasn't arrived, what should I do?
Write us with total confidence to our email: firstname.lastname@example.org indicating your order number. We will check as soon as possible what happened with your purchase and we will contact you back, don't worry.
Can I ask for the products to be sent on a specific date?
